Meet Karla Heeter

Karla Heeter has a zest for life and a sense of humor that touches just about everyone she encounters.
Having survived cancer, Karla co-authored the book, “The LMNOPs of Surviving Cancer” in which she shares her Attitudes, Beliefs and Challenges, Reflections, Stories and Thanksgivings. She also authored a little pocketbook titled, “If You Think You Can”, a collection of stimulating quotes, powerful affirmations and compelling thoughts to inspire you to greater personal happiness and well-being. Her next book will be an inspiring compilation of moving stories of how God is at work in the lives of believers.
Knowing she would not enjoy an idle life in retirement, Karla launched a business in 2017 called Grace Gear. This business is the culmination of her aspirations to put beautiful customized and personalized Bible in the hands, and on the coffee tables, of those who live and love a western lifestyle. Her deepest desire is to share God’s word and other meaningful faith products that might inspire others to come to know Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
Karla believes the creation of Discover My Inside Story is a great opportunity for her to continue to invest in the lives of others, giving them opportunities to learn, grow, reflect and discover who they truly were meant to be.

Having experienced a few life-changing events, paired with a passion for making a difference, Karla Heeter created Discover My Inside Story so that you, too, might discover who you were meant to be. Karla has been a humorous motivational speaker for more than 25 years and while she loves to make people laugh, she has a deep desire to motivate people to discover who they are and love what they find.
